The test will contain questions that are geared towards identifying your ability at picking the best mutual funds for your future customer. The questions in the test will be on your investment style, identifying the customers risk appetite and investment goals, as well as fees and loads.
About the Test
Take our mergers and acquisitions test on legal regulations, corporate restructuring, M&A funding, company valuation. This assessment will ensure you have a thorough understanding of the buy and sell sides of M&A and check your understanding of the process. There will also be questions on negotiation, taxes, and transaction execution.

Refund Policy:
- The fees paid by the Candidate shall not be refundable in any circumstances whatsoever except in case of medical reasons or in case of death of a Candidate or his/ her parents. The fees shall be refunded only after the production of a valid medical certificate proving physical or mental disability of the Candidate to attend the Course, the death certificate of the deceased Candidate or his/ her parent, etc
- On production of the required documents, as mentioned herein above, the fees paid by the Candidate shall be refunded to the Candidate or his/her parent without interest component
- Stock Learning is not liable to issue any certificate to the Candidate who has withdrawn from the said course.
